Thai Banyan Restaurant in Wiesbaden

For me the tastiest Thai. Hopefully the restaurant will be fine with you in the crisis But picking up is possible. You can order online in advance. I was there a few minutes early and the meal was ready. The food is still hot enough at home.

Service great, very personable. Excellent food. Furnishing also cozy. Highly recommended. Drive there from Mannheim. :) As soon as the corona ban is lifted, I'll come back there :)

Good food, always very full, better book in advance. Special attention to my child, I really liked it.

Fast service, food ok, well presented. Prices as usual in Wiesbaden, a little too expensive for lunch. Interior is getting used to.

Please Note? do not go to this place without making a reservation,l saw and heard them asking people coming in without reservations to go back, was also almost bounced back,l was lucky l finally was given were to sit without making a reservation but was given a restricted period to sit they said l had 1 hour 15 minutes to eat and go.So make sure you make a reservation before going to avoid embarrassment.l was eating like an athlete because was given a time period to be out since l had not made a reservation.However the food was tasty and well presented and served in big quantity though abit costly for Krispy duck in coconut curry and a small glass of juice coasted me 22,50 euro.so its precisy.some guy was friendly.l gave 4starts cause the food is pricey.22.08.2020 ate here again and they no longer serve food with a warming fire underneath so it’s cold faster.But Authentic Thai test and great customer care

Good Thai restaurant with good food, not outstanding, but good. You cook here deliberately for the European guest, for example with reduced heat. The service was quick, friendly and very attentive. A good address for a nice evening.

The best Asian food I could eat in Germany! Lush menu, nice waiters, quick food, and above all: SUPERLECKER! no matter what you eat. I can only recommend EVERYONE to have a look here and see for yourself! We have been here a few times and are always surprised by the freshness and enjoyment !!!

The food was very tasty. However, the service is very rude. I was there twice in a short distance and the service (an older woman) was very rude. You quickly got the feeling that you were being "worked through" and after I just raised my hand to order dessert, it came directly with the invoice.

The lady waitress shouldn’t be rude to customers just because she gets frustrated of not understanding the language the customer speaks, such as English. Specially since this restaurant is located in Downtown area where majority of tourists/foreigners go. If you will only be accommodating to customers whom you understand the language then this restaurant will always have a bad review. I love thai food but Im never going to this restaurant again.

Bustling business. Mostly welcome to come in or order takeout. Can make a reservation over the internet or phone and also order takeout the same. Busy at times so if it is in peak hours make a reservation first.

Friendly staff, capable of handling customers speaking many languages (including English), nice ambiance near the city central square. They even have options for vegans, which can be tough to find in Germany. I will be back!

I rated 1 star for the following reasons: #1 The service I believe by the lady shop owner did not satisfy me. I had to admit the place may be crowded at dinner time, so that the space is limited. But this would never be an excuse for the lady to come to me twice, clarifying in an unfriendly tone that I need to move my chair. Where exactly do I need to move my chair when the chair reached the foot of the dining table already? And could u please change to a nicer tone when u speak? It is regarded not offensive when u ask for a favor from your guest to move the chair a little bit but please, MIND YOUR TONE. #2 The foods offered here are way too sweet based on the original Thai food flavor. Maybe some improvements are needed on food as well. But the 2 waiters in the restaurant are all very friendly. I guess not all people in your restaurant behave in THIS way. In all, if the other Thai restaurant is open on Monday there is no chance we would dine out here. And special THANKS to the lady for making us not come back:)

Great Thai food!!! Proper level of spice and taste - not watered down.

For some reason the restaurant is overrated. Food and service are average. Too crowded at dinner time. And the ventilation is somehow bad in the place therefore the air is heavy and sticky.

Good Thai Food...

This was one of the best Thai meals I ever had! So glad I tried something different this time. The gaeng kour gai had so many different flavors on it, I may have to leave pad ped alone for a while. I was able to sample the krapao gai as well and it's a new favorite too. The service was excellent and the atmosphere will bring me back for sure.

Nice size portions, good food, nice ambiance. And their menu has a english translation.

This is the second time we visited and the food was just as good. I'm not sure if our waiter went on break partway through our meal, but the rest of the team took care of us. My only "problem" (in quotes because it's not a real problem) is I eat too fast because the food is too good. ?

Wonderful thai food. They are slow serving and attending but the rest it's fantastic.
